Registration


The conference is open to all researchers working in the field of Synthetic Biology.

Registration deadline: June 15, 2018

Abstract submission deadline EXTENDED: May 14, 2018

Registration Fees

  • Early Bird (163 €), an additional 97 € is charged for full boarding,
    in total: 260 €
    Deadline: May 14, 2018
  • Last Minute (203 €), an additional 97 € is charged for full boarding,
    in total: 300 €
    May 15 - June 15, 2018
  • PhD students are free, with the exception for the additional 97 € for full boarding,
    in total: 97 €
    Deadline: June 15, 2018
  • Students are free, with the exception of 20 € for boarding,
    in total: 20 €
    Deadline: June 15, 2018

Accommodation

During the registration process you will be asked to book your accommodation (rooms have been pre-reserved for participants at the conference location).
Please note: Accommodation costs are not included in registration invoice and have to be paid on-site

Additional information

  • Schedule: The conference will start at 2 p.m. on Monday and end at ca. 5 p.m. on Wednesday. Check-in for confirmed participants is open from 1 p.m. on Monday. Tentative schedule
  • Social event: Guided tour through the picturesque medieval city center of Landshut in the afternoon of Tuesday, July 24 (including bus transfer to Landshut and back). During the registration process you will be asked to choose whether you will participate or not (additional costs: 7 €).
  • Talks: There is a limited number of slots for short talks. The Organizing Committee will make the selection. You will be informed about acceptance of your talk by end of May 2018. If your talk is not accepted you will get the opportunity to present a poster instead.
