From Munich Airport you can reach the conference location within 45 minutes by car. Distance to Munich city centre: about 70 km
Landshut was founded in 1204 and much of the picturesque medieval city center is still intact today. In 1475 the marriage of a Wittelsbach family member (former rulers of Bavaria) to a Polish princess was cause for a great celebration in the town. Every four years, this event is recreated in the town. The Landshut‘s Wedding known as the „Landshuter Hochzeit“ is one of the largest historical pageants in Europe with around 5000 participants and over a million spectators.
